New Years Resolutions; Say "YES" to a new you and a new day.

Are you ready for the New Year?

What are your goals that you have set to conquer the years to come?

Am I the only one that make daily resolutions?
It can be as simple as going to bed early, waking up before your alarm clock, going to the gym or even spending time listening to people. These small steps will amount to something bid when we are consistent.

I know we all are excited about another year because 2020 is in a few days and most social media outlets will be going wild with all the memes "In 2020" and "New Year, New Me" posts even on mine. I believe the we can start fresh every day because tomorrow is not promised. As a friend told me, "There are no better tomorrows". Everyday we have a choice of how we want to conquer our day with the choices we make. We must speak things into existence daily to motivate us in the right direction towards the plans we have. I believe we have to make every second, minute, hour, day, week, months and years count.

How are we being productive within our days?

Every day we should take the steps to improve ourselves. Even if we need to start doing something different or stop doing things that is not in our best interest.

Here are some personal things I want to change and I have been making progress towards them:

best time for me to have time with God. That means, I simply talk to God about how I feel and pray for others and thank him for his new mercies.  I believe when I wake up its for a purpose so I ask myself how can I be a blessing to others by sharing messages to help create a positive day. We need that peace to control how we handle our day and work with God's people. I want to continue to work on getting closer to God so that way my faith increase and I help other believers gain strength to defeat any giant that may God with the weapon of God. I enjoy having a positive mind so having healthy habits build a solid foundation to succeed in all aspects of life.

I encourage us seek God daily throughout your day.

Another goal is to manage my eating habits. Americans love food and we fellowship to celebrate life. I try to make wise choices and I do enjoy a variety of food. I eat smaller portions and make sure I do not go long periods of time without having some sort of nutrient to fight hunger. I have bee loosing weight slowly, that way it stays off. I do not have a set meal plan because I like to snack and have junk food occasionally. I know if I cut out all the things I know is not helping my health goals it may leave me in neutral with my weight and I am fine with that because I like the way I look, feel, and the energy I bring. We must do what is best for us, it depends on how made you want you goal weight. I know I am beautiful if I average weight or over weight according to society. One thing I can say, you can't let someone else image of how you should be dictate how you feel about yourself. Self-esteem, confidential and beauty come from within. You be fine with a sexy body but ugly on inside and that would not attract the right people to you because of the way you are. Be your own authentic version. God made us in His image and everything he makes is beautifully made.

I want to encourage you all to continue to eat right and workout because you body is the only temple you have to live in.
