How do you reduce stress?

Stress is known to harm millions of people every year. It the silent triggers that causes people to have health issues.

My daily routine the first thing I do when is when I wake up is Pray to God because I am thankful that I have another day here on Earth. Before I shower I like to find some inspiring audio: motivational videos, The Message Bible, Morning Affirmations, Relaxation meditation or I may just be in complete silence to gather the trillion thoughts that come through my head.

Meanwhile, the day before is when I do the most preparing because I do not want to have to come back home from my over thirty minute commute. I will gather the clothing I want to wear for the next day. Then I meal prep for my meals so that way it will be easy to Grab & Go.

Once I'm up in the morning I put everything in the car, I turn on my Blue tooth and continue to listen to the motivation on my 30-plus minute drive to work. This right here set the mood for me to get my mind right to engage with a very diverse set of people. I believe this what keeps me in high Spirits because I set the foundation for my day to conquer to speak affirmations to put in positive things so that way I give out a positive reaction because the presence of Peace is laid upon me. When someone see me they always smile because I bring the light into the room everywhere I go. That is a fact and it's saying God's presence is all over me and others see that Inner Glow of God's presence resting upon me. You got to have peace in God, you don't let any outside circumstances affect your day and will it not produce stress in your life when you look to God.

Get a routine to set aside some time to give yourself a Motivating boost to prevent stressful energy. Some stress is manageable but you must know what you can handle and the rest that you can't give it to God, his can and has handled it. His burden is light think about how many times you decided not to stress about something so small and gave it to God and he worked it out. He is an onetime, God yes he is. My faith in God and regularly attending church helps me regulate daily stressful moments because it guides me to think Christ like and not in the natural reactions. 

Don't stress, we are too blessed for the mess and once we put our hands in it; we are not allowing God to put His hand on it to work it out. Step back and let it go. Relax your mind, reduce negative thoughts and take a deep breath.

I also attend the gym, this is the place of breaking down my strong tension and building positive strength. It helps produce stamina and reduce unhealthy habits that can affect stress levels by not working out and eating balanced meals. Focus on consistency, dedication because it encourage you to push pass the small pressure points in our daily live.

So don't let stress rule you, you conquer stress!
