Are you ready for the New Year? What are your goals that you have set to conquer the years to come? Am I the only one that make daily resolutions? 4 Easy Meals

Hey guys, here are   Four Easy Meals  I like to make that is simple to drink and eat. First , I made some  Rice cakes, peanut butter and Banana. Check out the video below. Second, I made a Mango Banana Smoothie. You may use any other fruit combination such as strawberries kiwis raspberry blueberry raspberries or even add peanut butter. I like to mix a banana with each fruit combo. They all are delicious to me and I hope you give it a try. Watch the short video below for instructions. Stress is known to harm millions of people every year. It the silent triggers that causes people to have health issues. My daily routine the first thing I do when is when I wake up is Pray to God because I am thankful that I have another day here on Earth. What are you Thankful for?

It is the Holiday Season and I want you all to know that there is so much you can be thankful for. Regardless of what is going on in your life, what you have and may not have and so on; you have much more than you used to or someone else less fortunate. Don't let a minute go by without appreciating where you are in life, even if it's not where you may want to be ot think you should be. Open enrollment season is November 11th through December 9th 2019 so that means you got 15 days to find you doctor to update or use those benefits before the end of the year. I highly recommend Blue Cross Blue Shield. There are over 1.6 million members. How to earn up to $140 using your Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits. Here are the 3 Steps to earn your benefits 1. Get you member visa card through the Federal Employee Program. Here is mine, so if you have it this where your money will be. 2. I know if I had these questions many of you have them also. After my research here's some information I have gathered from Spirit Airlines to assist everyone with tips. I don't have a clue why they are so cheap, but their website will tell you how it works. Today is a New Day

Sometimes we got to sit back and remember how blessed we are. There is no need to let anything hinder your positive vibes. We are alive, healthy and our needs are met. What gets some is we want so much that we tend to forget that we have the things we need to make it day by day. A delay in what you want does not mean you are denied to have it. It takes time and you will appreciate it more. We must continue to be thankful to God that we are not were we used to be and continuing on a path to prosperity. What of you didn't have the the peace you have now? What are you thankful for? Those are some questions I ask myself and others and how I can continue to appreciate the place God has me at now. Let's know that our time is NOW and we should have those desires of our hearts.

Becoming A Better You

When I moved to Texas over 10 years ago,  A friend gave me a book for encouragement it was called Becoming a Better You  by Joel Osteen. I really enjoy that book and still today work towards becoming a better me. In this world, we have to understand nobody is perfect and we all can work to become the best version of ourselves. We change and grow from daily tests. Since then, I can say I have had so many personal victories and I know I am becoming a better me.
